A Vue + Vite Powered Spreadsheet interface

This screencasts picks up from the previous screencast. We use the render function to render the spreadsheet using Vue and Vite. We also see how spreadsheet are an example of a modal editor, like Vim, where the default mode is "visual", and you enter "insert" mode when clicking a cell.
